Terms of Service
Clerki is in pre-launch. These terms cover what you agree to by joining the waitlist and what we agree to in return. Once Clerki launches, an updated set of product terms will apply to paid usage — we'll notify you before that takes effect.
1. Agreement
By joining the Clerki waitlist or otherwise using this site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't submit your email or rely on anything we publish here.
2. Pre-launch status
Clerki has not launched. The features described on the landing page are the intended scope of the product. Some may change, ship later, or not ship at all. Nothing on this site is a binding commitment to deliver a specific feature on a specific date.
You will not be billed until Clerki actually launches, you have created an account, and you have explicitly confirmed your subscription.
3. Not investment advice
Clerki is a trading-journal tool. Anything you read on this site, receive in a waitlist email, or eventually see inside the product is for informational and behavioral-discipline purposes only. It is not investment advice, financial advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, derivative, or other financial instrument.
You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. Past performance — yours or anyone else's — does not predict future results. Trading carries risk, including the risk of total loss.
4. Early supporter pricing
The "Half off your first year" pricing shown on the landing page applies only to:
- Users who join the waitlist before Clerki publicly launches.
- The first 12 months of paid subscription after the product launches and you create an account.
After 12 months, standard pricing applies. The standard price displayed on the landing page is our current intent but may be adjusted before launch — if it changes materially, we will notify waitlist members before billing begins.
5. Account and cancellation
Joining the waitlist does not create an account or any payment obligation. After Clerki launches, account creation and subscription will be optional — you can decline at that point and your waitlist record will be deleted within 30 days. Once a paid subscription begins, you can cancel at any time from your account.
6. Acceptable use
By using this site, you agree not to:
- Submit other people's emails without their consent.
- Use this site or any future product to harm others, evade brokerage rules, or violate law.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or attack the service.
7. Disclaimers and liability
This site and any future Clerki product are provided "as is" and "as available." We do our best, but we make no warranties — express or implied — about uptime, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or that the product will produce any specific outcome for your trading. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months (which during the waitlist period is zero).
8. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that materially affects your rights, we will email everyone on the waitlist and update the effective date above before the change takes effect.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Seoul, Korea.
