Privacy Policy
Clerki is an early-stage product. This page explains, plainly, what data we collect and how we handle it. If anything here is unclear, email us at hello@clerki.org.
The early-access list
If you submit your email on our site, we store it for one reason: to email you when beta access is ready, plus the occasional product update.
- We do not sell or share your email with third parties.
- You can unsubscribe at any time, or email us to have your address deleted.
The Clerki extension
When you use the Clerki browser extension, it captures a screenshot of your chart and an optional voice memo at the moment you choose, and saves them to a destination you connect (your own Notion workspace or Google Sheet).
- Your captured entries are sent directly to your own Notion or Google Sheet. We do not run a server that stores your trades.
- Voice memos may be transcribed using a third-party transcription service to turn audio into text. Audio is processed for that purpose and is not retained by us.
- Your connection credentials (such as a Notion token) are stored locally in your browser, not on our servers.
Analytics
We may use privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics to understand how the site is used. This does not identify you personally.
Your choices
You can request access to, or deletion of, any personal data we hold (which, for most people, is just an email address) by writing to hello@clerki.org.
Changes
As the product evolves, this policy may change. We will update the date at the top when it does.
